Do You work onsite or offsite?

It is up to the client. Usually a combination of the both. To contain costs if travel is necessary we look to visit at the start of an assignment and then again towards the end to review the deliverables. Video calls are undertaken regularly during the assignment. Mutiple phase projects often require additional visits.

Do we select the members of your team?

Yes, we will provide profiles of the team members and define their individual roles on the team. Introductions can be arranged before the project begins.

Well their be delays ?

The assignment plan will include a contingency for delays. However there can be unforseen reasons for delays which often is a result of the availabilility of third parties, who need to provide input. We attempt to anticipate and reschudle tasks to minimize impact on the end date.
